I like homeopathic medicine and I know there is a ton of information on the web, but I want to know some tried and true remedies.

i use something called “rescue remedy” to help with my anxiety and it’s fantastic! it’s made from lots of different flowers, doesn’t interact with medications, works fast, is really effective, you can take it by itself or put some in a water bottle and sip it whenever you need it. it’s such a great thing to have! even for people without anxiety disorders who are just really stressed or need help getting to sleep, it’s really good. and it’s cheap too.

something else i use is lavender oil, i put some on my temples and the back of my neck or sometimes on my pillow and it’s really relaxing. it always surprises me how just a scent can make people feel relaxed but it really does!

People that know nothing about herbal medicines should butt the hell out and not tell people of harmful side effects unless they have researched it and know the true facts. There are side effects to herbs just as there are with any medication but leave it to the people that know something about them. Just because “you heard that it is dangerous” does not mean that it is. As to being a carcinogen, so is sex. Are you going to stop everything that causes cancer? Then stop eating, having sex, breathing, brushing your teeth (fluoride), drinking treated water (fluoride, chlorine, caustic soda etc.) just stop living all together.
why do those who know nothing about herbs tell other not to use them?
